Know Your Body, Mind and Spirit

A free virtual cancer education and support meeting

You have or have had cancer. When you look in the mirror, do you see someone different or feel differently than before you were diagnosed with cancer?

Let us help you adjust while you connect with people who can truly understand your journey -- other survivors. These 90 minute, facilitator-led virtual sessions take place once a week and provide practical guidance for your next steps, including research-based advice on topics like nutrition, exercise, intimacy, creativity and reducing anxiety.

Best of all, you will be able to ask questions and share your experiences in a safe space, from the comfort of your own home. Research shows attending a cancer support group reduces depression and anxiety, while increasing hope, resilience, quality of life and happiness. The only investment you need to make is your time -- and classes are no cost.

The meeting is facilitated by Colleen Winters, LCSW, OSW-C, Marlene Lennon, MSN, FNP-C, CN-BP, Norma Medina, ANP-BC, AOCNP, and Julia Mazzotta, RD.
